Care

Improper care can lead to tarnishing of silver.

We recommend removing your jewellery before applying oils, lotions, creams, or perfumes. Additionally, take it off when washing your hands, visiting intensive activities , swimming at the beach or pool, handling household chemicals.

To prevent scratches, store each piece separately from other accessories.

Silver is a soft material, and the coating may even be affected by the pH of your skin.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer full refunds or exchanges for a different product size if the item is sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.

To return or exchange an item:

Return the item in its original condition and packaging.

Ensure all tags are intact and the item shows no signs of use.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item does not meet our standards or shows signs of wear or damage.
