We recommend avoiding contact with oils, lotions, creams, perfumes, as well as water and household chemicals.

Returns and exchanges

We offer a full refund or an exchange for a different size of the piece if the item is sent within 14 days of you receiving the order.
To return / exchange an item:
Send your request to the email address site@tsviteteren.com;
Send the item in its original condition, in the original packaging;
Make sure all tags are in place and the piece shows no signs of use.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or return if the piece does not meet our standards or shows signs of wear / damage.
Please note: pieces from the Era and Vita silver jewellery collections are not eligible for return.
