Return / Exchange Procedure:

We offer full refunds or exchanges for a different product size if the item is sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.

To return or exchange an item:

1. Send your request to site@tsviteteren.com.
2. Return the item in its original condition and packaging.
3. Ensure all tags are intact and the item shows no signs of use.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item does not meet our standards or shows signs of wear or damage.

Please note: in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine — specifically the List of Non-Food Products of Proper Quality Not Subject to Return or Exchange (approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994) — jewelry items, including silver items, are not subject to exchange or return.

EXCHANGE IS NOT POSSIBLE:

Unfortunately, we will be unable to exchange an item if:

• the tag is damaged, the seal is broken, or the receipt or item's certificate is missing;
• the item is damaged (except for a manufacturing defect);
• the item shows signs of wear;
• more than 14 days have passed since the purchase date;
• the item has changed color for any reason (exposure to water/pool, chemicals, high temperatures, or other external factors).

Timeframe for Returns / Exchanges:

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.

Returning Gifts:

If the item was purchased as a gift, the return procedure must be initiated by the original buyer. They should contact us via site@tsviteteren.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

All return conditions are the same as for standard procedures: the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
