WE OFFER TWO DELIVERY OPTIONS

In-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-order items (requiring production) are dispatched within 7–14 business days.

Order processing hours: Monday 10:00 (EEST) to Friday 18:00 (EEST).

Please note: Orders are not shipped on Ukrainian public holidays. Delivery times may be extended during these periods.

 

DOMESTIC DELIVERY (WITHIN UKRAINE)

We deliver via Nova Poshta. You can choose delivery to a branch, parcel locker, or by courier.
Shipping cost is calculated according to the carrier's rates and paid upon delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

For international shipments, you can choose between DHL Express and Nova Poshta Global.

We deliver to all countries worldwide, except:

• the Autonomous Republic of Crimea

• the russian federation

• the Republic of Belarus

Please note: Additional taxes and customs duties may apply in the destination country.

 

PAYMENT

Payments on the website are processed via Fondy, which ensures the security of your data.

We accept bank cards from all Ukrainian and international banks.
Bank transfers and partial prepayments are not accepted.
