We deliver our products by Nova Poshta to branches, parcel lockers, or via courier. After sending the product, you will receive it within 1-3 days.
For international shipments, we collaborate with DHL Express and Nova Poshta Global.
Yes, of course. If your order has already been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link on the shipping website. Your tracking number is also shown in the “Order” section
To return or exchange an item, please send your request to site@tsviteteren.com. After that, send the product in its original condition and original packaging.
We offer a full refund or exchange for a different size of the product if the product is sent within 14 days of receiving your order.
The product must be in its original condition, in its original packaging. Make sure that all tags are in place and that the product shows no marks of use.
Please note: silver items are non-refundable.
